A friend of mine just told me that legally speaking GEJ is not eligible for re-election come 2015 because according to Nigerian constitution no any citizen is eligible to be sworn in as a president for three times. But Gej has already been sworn twice which means all chance exhausted. What can you say about that ?

He is eligible, the constitution says you can only be elected two times and he has only been elected once. are u ok na

but they said its because of the scare of ineligibility thats why he's yet to declare for the presidential race. What more ?
