The most stupid question ever....is it in the bible....same question d devil uses to manipulate people who lack faith and belief in God... Well I don't see any difference btw sports betting/gambling and the type of tithing taught in most churches today. Most tithers tithe in anticipation of a thousand fold return (just like gamblers) and 99.9% of them never get this result yet they continue to tithe like chronic gamblers.

OP, forget whether it's a sin or not. My main advice to you is to run as far as possible away from Sports betting. You are not going to gain anything there other than lose all your hard earned cash.

Don't be fooled by your friends making it, all it takes is one loss to bring your(their) account to zero.

If you want to succeed in life, say away from gambling. There's no need asking if it (gambling) is a sin or not. Just stay away from it.
