I can understand! When Cameroon missed a penalty at the 91st minute against Egypt that would have advanced them to the 2006 World Cup I piss for my trousers..Lol In fact I could not watch the match.. The tension was too much../ I was just driving up and down.. At one point I decided to drive to my in-laws. As I reach for door I hear all man di shout say them don award we penalty at injury time. Guess what? The player take the ball hit pole..5 seconds after that, match end! I just returned to my car without greeting my father inlaw.. Till this day my father inlaw is still angry that I got right to his doorpost and went back without greeting him.Lol

Not me. Maybe another person.

My posts are still there for anyone to dig up.

I guess, to you saying good about anyone is about rating him 10/10 in every match even where he didn't perform well.

Na, your comments on him are clear enough.. for me to single you out of a people should tell you I must have something on your posts. not once, not twice.. infact you once said he has no business in the Eagles.

Yeah we sailed through at the top after the fifth match in a difficult pool with Ivory Coast and DR Congo. That said things have not been that rosy in Cameroonian football over the last three years.. We missed AFCON 2012 and 2013.. We were the last team in Brazil..Lol After that some radical changes had to be made.. The old bloods like Samuel Eto'o, Alexander Song etc were sowing a lot of bad seeds and so had had to be removed. There is now hope as we won three matches and drew two to qualify top..

Yeah nice too know you too bro. I have been on nairaland for years.. Infact this year I had a huge experience that I shared on this forum and got so many nice advice.. Shockingly I can no longer see that post. It just dissaprared a few months back when nairaland crashed. I wonder how I can contact the moderators on that!

Me? Said Musa has no business in SE? I still believe you're referring to another person.

In fact, I'm so much a fan of his that I made reference to it in article (on newspaper pages) that was not sports related.

In this 2012 article, I mentioned how I rushed home from work, all to watch Musa's Champions League debut: http://www.nigeriavillagesquare.com/guest-articles/femi-adekanye-there-goeth-a-mentor.html

I even described him as our own CR7 in that article!!! That was almost 3 years ago.

I still challenge you to bring any post where I made negative remarks about him (except description of his performance in a match he did not do well in my player rating).

Dig my posts.

This was my player rating in our game vs Congo (the home loss)

https://www.nairaland.com/1891105/nigeria-vs-congo-player-rating

I rated him highest in Nigerian side, even Nairalanders felt I overrated him:

This was my rating vs Spain in Confed cup 2013. I gave him 7

https://www.nairaland.com/1335153/nigeria-vs-spain-player-rating

He didn't do well vs Uruguay and I rated him poor (in that match)

https://www.nairaland.com/1332066/nigeria-vs-uruguay-player-rating

Versus Tahiti, his performance was average, and I even gave him 6

https://www.nairaland.com/1328523/nigeria-vs-tahiti-player-rating

He was awful vs Kenya and I rated him as such
https://www.nairaland.com/1234840/player-rating-nigeria-vs-kenya

Vs Burkina Faso (AFCON final), he had a decent game and I rated him 6.5

https://www.nairaland.com/1192175/player-rating-nigeria-vs-burkina

Vs Mali, Afcon semis, gave him 6.5

https://www.nairaland.com/1187753/player-rating-nigeria-vs-mali

So I still believe you're talking about another person, not me.

[b]Coach Keshi Failed Nigerians

I am writing this with a broken heart. Today's match against South Africa and Uyo was supposed to be a winning game. The signs was there. However, Coach Keshi like all other previous coaches fell into the same problem. Yielding to pressure to stick to the so called Super Eagles.

At Uyo, we watched a team that showed promise. There were players there that could fill in the regions we were lacking. Most notably, Emem Eduok. His movement and brilliance around the eighteen yard box was something we lacked a long time. It is sad, we had such a player and he never got his opportunity.

The biggest mistake of the night was Coach Keshi not giving Aluko a chance to start. Sone Aluko was the reason we had a chance to turn the match around. He brought in spark to the team in the game against Sudan. The second leg match. He was refreshing, creative and played with passion. He had the same impact in the match against Congo. I thought the lad had done enough to merit a starting role. Why he did not start? I can not understand. If we started with Aluko, the game would have been different.

How Emenike gets a chance to play terrible and merit his starting shirt? Beats my imagination. I remember during the last game, I hoped whoever came on for Emenike should score and take his place. It happened that Aaron Samuel came in for Emenike and scored.

Why Aaron Samuel did not start? Shocking. Finally, Onazi might be a hard worker, but he is technically deficient. He leaves the simple to go for he extraordinary and achieves worse than the ordinary. Joseph Nathaniel should have started.

Coach Keshi developed a habit of letting players playing poorly continue. He had done a good job, raising new stars for the team. However, when he needed them the most, he did not use them.

If I am correct, Coach Keshi did not use his third substitution. It was clear, Emenike out for Emem Eduok. That is why I started this article pointing out Emem Eduok. Coach Keshi not making that change was disappointing. If there is any lesson he should learn from this match, always punish poor performers by benching them.

Ahmed Musa, the thunder that will fore you is still doing press up. Nansense.

You cannot beat Naija on a good day even though u pack bus for defense tire. they still scored. Your two goals were on a counter and the dude that scored had good speed cause he is a short man whose center of gravity enables him slip under the forearms of the defenders.
