I recently bought a smart phone pc usb flash pen. It works on a laptop but not on my phone. Please what do I do?

no app needed M2 kums wit an OTG cable dat if u wnt to change some one else fone just plug ur OTG den plug anoda usb to de fone it start charging immediately
