Hello Nairalanders. In september we had constant light for the whole month and received a bill of #195. But in October we never had light for a second due to damage in transformer and we received a bill of #1575. Pls send your opinion "are we paying for consumption or paying for maintenance". |

I believe we all know that we are paying NEPA for maintenance and not consumption. Paying for consumption means regular power supply at the approved voltage |
