Instead of the potential buyer to contact me, it is the registrar he contacted. What do you suggest?

It's simple... You bought your domain on Dynadot with privacy. He contacted the email on the whois look-up (which is that of dynadot) thinking that's your contact email, then dynadot decided to forward the message they got to you. Note your contact email is not displayed given a whois look-up if you buy a domain with privacy.
