You don't know that some people's hands are so strong that they weaken screen overtime. I think he's one of them. tongue
Lol nothing like that, I have small soft hands that's one of the many reasons I didn't go for the bigger note 8

I currently use mi A3 and I can tell you the colours are very deep and vibrant. The 720p is visibly better than all IPS 1080p have seen so far. the in display FP is a hit for me, I have always been a fan of amoled display and am adding the indisplay FP to my list because it's been the best of all FP I have used. yes, maybe not as fast as some but it does the job better than others. All you need do is to protect your phone and forget about the price to repair.
Lol I know, my friend has the phone and we compared it with the note 8 we checked out at pointek... The result was surprising as most YouTube reviews condemned it o, but how can I protect it to the extent of forgetting about screen repairshuh?

Amoled and it's perks and sadness.

Mi A3 replacement LED
Jesus Christ... And there is no form of screen guard that can prevent the screen from cracking

I wish they made the Mi a3 with an IPS LCD 1080p screen and a rear fingerprint scanner... It would have been the perfect phone

Thank God it never crossed my mind to buy Mi A3 grin
I swear it's like I'll have to make another choice because I don't think I'll have that kind of money to spend on only screen

Oneplus?
Which one of their phones is in the 50-60k range with a good camera, memory and secure os?

No idea man. Too many filters in his list. Other brands don't have miui, so I can't say for sure if he'll like it.

Best bet is to buy mi 9t and flash xiaomi.eu or any custom rom
You can't flash it on the mi cc9e?

Gud day everyone, I'm in a little dilemma and I need expert help. I want to get my nephew a phone and from what he researched, his choice was between the mi a3 and the mi cc9e.. He said the only differences between them are the 4g bands, software and camera 2 api which seems to not be enabled on the cc9e (he loves taking pictures)... For him, the miui has a lot of useful features but he doesn't like it due to the slow and uncertain updates, ads, bloatware, bugs on updates and lower level security (as compared to android one) while stock android's major con for him is the fact that he has to download most of his essential apps and there is no second space and app clone. Is there anyway to get all those on the stock app version.
If you currently have or have used miui and stock android please share your experience as it is invaluable
Thank you all for your input

I think it's time for Dragnet and honsule to start a sanitation on this thread.
Where are those people? Haven't they already been notified about what's going on here? I am really tired of this

Xiaomi why did you come to 9ja... Oh! When we were shipping phoens in from China we had peace, all of a sudden. Xiaomi landed at our doorstep and a thread that is supposed to help the newbies get to know their phones better has now become a thread where insults are hurled at people without a moment's thought.
Even people with good SOTs will still come and say the SOT isn't enough.
Genius43 what can we do?
I need this our thread to be as same as possible.
Grandmufti
Gptech
Fibonacci2526
Noobody
Ifedith
Macbeyland
ProteinO
Jboixxx
Eleojo
Olalekank
And all... We need our thread back.
One can't come to this thread since late last month and not see insults here and there as if we can't make our points without resulting to insults...

Sometimes I would want to contribute but I realise it isn't worth it in the end.
Lol

You still don't get it, how is it your business or concern if they make mouth and don't end up buying it? Very strange to "care" about what people say/brag about.
It is ok he has shown his maturity and apologized.

U know what, just forget it abeg... To whom it may have angered, I sincerely apologize smiley smiley
Even though I understand the point you're making I like the fact that u stopped trying to defend your post and apologized it shows that you're mature unlike many people on this thread. But please be careful of what you say in the future as you do not know how people will take it
