In the face of Pre 1994 Rwandan Genocide,the world stood selfish and unmoved about all red light signs,the world didn't make any attempt to come to the rescue of millions of rewandans that was wipe out of the planet. Factually speaking,all the excuses and sorry speeches that were rendered after the genocide were just mere words that can't healed the minds of those who were affected. Like Boko Haram on going war crimes like the Rwandan Genocide. For the sake of clarity,genocide becomes genocide when a group of persons decided to massacre or wipe out a group of people who are not in support of their ideology. Having known this,the on going war in the North east of Nigeria is not just a war committed by Boko Haram it is a genocide. Like the 1994 genocide in Rwandan,the world never make attempt to stop or atleast firmly put in place measures in which will stop or eliminate the genocide. When a government is weak in defeating a conflict like the Boko Haram activities then there is a need for the UNO to help in quelling such. The response of the UNO now is synonymous to that of the pre 1994 rwanda genocide. The UNO as a world governing body should understand that the Boko Haram activities in Nigeria is no longer a war on Nigeria alone its a war on Human kind. UNO needs to know that 80percent of Nigerians are scared,scared to go to work,scared to go house,scared to party, scared go to school,scared see BREAKING NEWS, scared to hear the words BREAKING NEWS. The UNO should also understand and know that No Place is safe just like the Pre 1994 Rwanda where people obviously know they are scared,the filling station is not safe, churches are not safe,the mosques are not safe.The UNO should also know that the Nigeria Government is obviously weak in quelling its own conflict which ofcourse paved way for the UNO to act and act now,the UNO needs to face reality that the blood of innocent school kids,Nigeria security men and women,market women and men is on the world body and not on Boko haram invaders alone.
The recent activities of the Boko Haram is no longer about Christianity or about the security men and women its about Human kind,the amount of the people killed since 2009.is closing to the amount of people killed by the Genocide. The UNO should stop condemning the activities of these mask men called Boko Haram,why?because all Nigerians are tired of the condemnation and needs UNO to act and act now
