After many House of Representative members scaled the gate of the National Assembly with great difficulty following the illegal lock-up by security agents to perform their duties, it is disheartening that David Mark has chosen to close the National Assembly till next week Tuesday.

By this action David Mark has shown clearly he is a hypocrite and a betrayal of the people of Nigeria.

David Mark cannot deny the fact that he is not in the picture of how security agents lock up the National Assembly in the first instance.

By the way are they not all same?? Here on Nairaland the presumed leaders of tomorrow are here fighting over whether tambuwal is right or left, whether IG is right or left whether pdp or GEJ is right or left. The youths have forgotten that minimum wage is still N18000 and a rep member takes home millions every month irrespective of APC or PDP or APGA or ANPP.

faulty Prioritisation is a serious disease in Nigeria.

Politics is a game at play here!

Its only on NL we kill and insult ourselves but these politicians dont have permanent friends or enemies its all about their interest at play.

David Mark is a good game player. Anyone who is aggrieved should go and die quitely please.

David Mark closed both the upper and lower chambers of the house. I think that is more of a way of protecting Tambuwal.

Which ever you look at it Nigerians are loosing. Our politicians are so self centered. If Tanbuwal had resigned after defecting to APC, will he had died?? Why put the country through this?? If the HOR was let be to sort itself out, or atleast debate to extend the state of Emergency will heavens have fallen

The sad situation i feel is that the HOR will become incapacitated till General Elections unless Tambuwal resigns. PDP will never let the house sit with tambuwal as speaker.

Its pathetic. see what they are fighting over.

Next week is not too far, they can scale the wall illegally again. I watched people's fathers climbing walls as if there is gold dust in the National Assembly Complex to be mined; I can only assume that they have no other things to do in life apart from sleeping and snoring in National Assembly.

Tambuwal has bitten more than he can chew, we can only but watch his fall. Rise and Fall is the wave paradox of life.

For those Northerners saying Emergency Rule shouldnt be extended in the 3 states; I feel like they are timid.

Techrev is yet the only sensible commenter here...in Nigeria when these vamps play their politic of personal interests, the youths and the rest of the suffering masses bear the brunt for this excuse of a country will forever worsen with these looting lots still at the helm of directing our fate. I say we stop analysing and arguing, restrain from taking side based on religion and politics which these vamps use to divide us, and instead do what our counter parts in nations whose problem aren't even up to a fraction of what this amalgamation called Nigeria has met on us and will continue to slap us with.

Stop talking for talk is cheap.

Start acting for action speaks louder.

they are scaling the wall just because of sitting allowance. They are actually not going to do any meaningful thing there. They will just follow the head in what ever he says. Chop money politics at play. Don't let them deceive your father or your grand father as I can see you are not deceived.

Its unfortunate that political party sympathizers use it to win public sympathy.

Some people have short term memory..tambuwal was asked 2 step.down.hw filed a suit against his case.and the court asked dat status quo be maintained.giving him protection against any action of the pdp and FG..then without reasons u withdrew the case and still expect status quo 2 remain....plus una go dey.barricade police hq them.no talk well them.done speak latin 2day for una...pure and simple
