Minister of State for Power, Alhaji Mohammad Wakil, has expressed optimism that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would win Borno State in the 2015 governorship polls, going by recent developments.
Wakil said this at a news conference attended by all PDP stakeholders in Maiduguri.
He said the stakeholders had decided to abandon their differences, with a view to uniting to fight on a common front.
