I have a problem with my car (Toyota Sienna 2003 model US Spec) that needs resolving.

1. where Can I get Auto Repair Manual for my Toyota Sienna 2003 CE
to buy. I have been trying to get it on the
internet without success.?

2. Can somebody help me fill in the missing Standard PID ranges please.

Your tool is a cheap generic scanner, and it always gives an abs error in most toyotas.
