I have become frustrated with customer service representatives in this country. Sometimes I don't even know why they exist. In the past when there was no customer service, I am not sure I was ever this frustrated. Organizations this days can't seem to provide service anyways so I wonder why they feel the need to set up a customer service department that is toothless and powerless to take the blame on their behalf.
Whether banks o, telecoms service centers,shops, cable tv, e.t.c, the story is the same. This explain why the queue in front of their customer services section is always very long.
