It depends on the flexibility of the firm's employment policy. If he isn't screened out by e-registration , his ability to convince the panel can make him get the job. Not as a bsc holder but hnd + pgd holder.

Ishmael, the word you used there is APPLY!!!
Yes they can apply and if the company's employment policy allows them to get past the screening stage so be it.

Yea man, i asked two questions. You can check my first post. The first one has been answered as "YES" they can apply. The second one is would HND+PGD be considered for the job after applying? This has not been answered.
