It is evident that INEC is not prepared to conduct a free and fair election comes February next year as the distribution of PVC is practically not done in most part of Lagos and where it is done it is poorly done as only a few percentage got theirs. In my place at Isheri-oshun we waited but to no avail since yesterday, we're yet to see any INEC staff for the distribution of PVC. I know for sure that this is a deliberate attempt to disenfrachise most Lagosians especially in Alimosho with the largest block of vote in the state. How is it in your area?

INEC had enough time to prepare for elections but it has shown itself to be partisan to be partisan denying people in the stronghold of the opposition PVC. This itself is rigging before election day. Jega has soiled has failed in his role because he can't feign ignorance of all this.

the same rubbish is happening in my area. we have been told to come back next week. we refuse to be frustrated and this change must be effected .

My peeps in Lagos told me the same thing. I havent collected mine over here also, the INEC officilas no even show face. I see this as a delibrate attempt at disenfranchising us
