A friend of mine bought a land at Ushafa in Bwari Area Council of Abuja and he inquired from me to confirm for him about the genuineness of the land. Though the land had a Bwari Area Council papers but the fears of demolition is another thing one should run away from it, and with that papers alone is he safe? Please i need your help on what to do or tell my friend. |
