For as long as we can remember, Rice has been not just a staple food but a festive food. Rice is the preferred (and expected) meal to be served to guests at parties, special occasions and on festive days. Now here’s the question: let’s say we all wake up one day to discover that Rice has vanished from the face of the earth, which meal would/should take Rice’s unique place, and why? Waiting for answers. |

Like seriously. I have once think about the secret behind cooking rice during festive seasons but it seems to me that rice is widely accepted by all and its also economical so maybe that's the reason. But here in France, we no cook rice during Christmas period |

Am not a rice person.. For me o, I don't mind preparing fufu/eba and very rich bitterleaf soup.. I prefer it as the meal for the day. And what's so special/hype sef about christmas food. Its Just like any normal day. 1 Like |
