this is surreal, police men in my area are busy chasing children about and arresting them for throwing banga (knock-out).
and people just atand there and let them do it. one of the children's dad was even scolding his sons for doing what other kids do on a festive period, he even went as far as to say they would sleep in cell and the kids were crying while the police man stopped a cyclist and hoisted the kids on and then zoomed off.

are kids allowed to go to jail? in Nigeria?
this is bizarre and everyone is to blame; form the desperate cops to the cyclist that carry there victims, even the parents that fold arms and the spectators.
something needs to be done.
