In Nigeria, universities like:
Uniuyo
OOU
Lautech
Delsu
Esut. And a host of others too numerous to mention run multiple campuses, why these universities can't stay in one campus is what i don't understand and i don't really fancy this. I think that's why some of them are pretty under developed in terms of infrastructure because the finance and resources are distributed to the various annexes/campuses. Nairalanders you can do well to enlighten me on why they do so and perhaps the good side of it.
Btw: my school has just one campus

FUOYE has 2 campuses and the reason is to settle an inter-communal clash between Oye-Ekiti and Ikole -Ekiti over host community so the Faculties were shared btw them: Oye Campus(Sciences, Theatre Arts and Humanities, Social Sciences) , Ikole Campus (Agriculture and Engineering).

Delsu has one in Oleh, one in Anwai and three in Abraka. Still political reasons.

It's normal. Having 3 campuses shouldn't be the reason for educational mismanagements!
Even foreign varsites do have affiliate campuses outside their based countries
