Why can’t we defend as a unit for God’s sake? The fouls are getting too much also!

FT 1-1.

I wish we scored a second. I am worried going into the 2nd leg but I will take the W. We played better today, I should add.

I pray Maignan recovers fast. We need him now, more than ever.

Wholesome changes to the lineup after the Spuds win. We looked comfortable at the back but again, this is against Monza. A beautiful goal from Messiahs Jr though, easily could have finished 3-0 if we took our chances. 3 consecutive victories is progress for this team, especially when you consider we kept clean sheets, however, they have all been by 1-0. Next is Atalanta, our nemesis!

I think we can beat Atalanta... Hopefully, we have Maignan and Bennacer back. Possibly Florenzi too. I will keep the current formation but drop Messias/Saelemekers for Florenzi, drop Krunic for Bennacer and definitely drop Tata for Mike. Much as Brahim can be iffy, I still prefer him over CDK. That one, I just don't understand him!

Atalanta lost today against Lecce, which means they will approach the game against us with more intensity. They are our boogey team, hopefully, we can beat them.
You made some great suggestions about our squad and the impending returning of some important pieces. Maignan’s return is the most important for us, we have missed him so much.
CDK has struggled to adapt which I am not too worried about considering he is still pretty young. I have been keeping tabs with Maldini at Spezia and I have not been impressed.

My problem with Diaz is he is light weight.. Guess who’s back? Mike Maignan and you can already tell the difference.
