Ability to speed is not a factor to be considered at all, The number of years one has driven might not necessarily b a determining factor thought experience matters. Accident record also might not be a good yardstick because he/she might not be the cause of accident being involved it. Ability to observe traffic rules and being very careful with other road users should be the determining factor to determine of one is a good driver or not 2 Likes |
