it's very frustrating in one of the centers in my area at iyana ipaja with incessant fighting and quarreling. one comes early in the day and stands in the sun for hours. they have now resorted to collecting N200 from anybody who wants to register. I'm beginning to rethink the relevance of this exercise. ...... on my way home |
