please, kindly Google post graduate diploma, and diploma.

post graduate programs you can do after 3 years diploma certificate minimum. at times some schools requires some work experience in the area of intended course of studies.
Diploma program are programs you can do with minimum of high school certificate.
some schools accept nature student if your age is above 21years.

express entry is the best option.
although it takes 6months.
he can go for Nova scotia,they have lenient requirements.

Also, u didnt add ur Sponsor's company details. You have to show the VO where the funds in his acct came from.
