I call it 'Fried plantain and garri recipe', if you try it am sure ur life will neva remain the same again.

Ingredient:
Plantain, Garri(ijebu)

Guide
Very ripe plantain, to give a very deiicious and soft taste afta frying..make sure its fried upto a burnt level(but make sure its not burnt


Garri ijebu, with some very cold water

Starch plus more starch. Bros, eat sensibly. A meal of the rice and beans u seem to criticize is even better than this.
