I would like to state that everyone that has paid for data has received their data. As for the case of the customer that claims he didn't receive his data, I throughly explained to him that MTN has network issues during that 2-day period. After that, I sent out all data to everyone that has paid to me.

Pls note that this customer has received his data, and I would like him to confim it.

There are numerous cases where I told customers the about the availability of data; and some chose to pay in advance or pay when it is available. Not once has a customer complained that he didn't receive his data. For the case of this young man, he should comment, when this happened, if I explained why I couldn't send data and if he has received his data after that period.

I cannot risk my business because of 1GB, I have always remained honest in my dealings and will continue being honest. If I didn't reply to the customer here on nairaland, it is due to oversight and I apologise to him and other customers this has affected in any way. Be well assured that the customer have received what he paid for, so as other customers.

I have done business with this guy before and he has proven to be trustworthy, pls do not be too rash in passing judgements. it will not be good to spoil someone's business with false allegations.
