It is no longer news that the PDP is morbidly afraid of the Buhari/Amaechi ticket. They know that Amaechi is a dogged fighter who will do everything humanly possible to floor Jonathan and they are shitting in their pants at the mere thought of that possibility! Doyin Okupe betrayed their mind set with his jittery twitter message declaring the combo as a fatal error. Questions Nigerians should ask: 1, Why is PDP so concerned about who emerges as Buhari's running mate? Wetin concern them? 2, Why are they trying to make the APC to shelve naming Amaechi as the VP candidate? 3, If indeed Amaechi's addition to the ticket is a fatal error will it not be in the interest of PDP to either keep quiet or encourage it altogether so that they can readily defeat APC in the Presidential elections? 4, Why is the PDP trying so hard to influence who emerges as Buhari's VP? From the deductions above, it is clear that Amaechi has what it takes to defeat Jonathan at the polls as Buhari's deputy. He single handedly fought Jonathan to a standstill in Rivers State and God willing, he will supretend over Jonathan's exit next year as VP. 3 Likes 1 Share |
