Almost all Nigerians ask for ice water when its dry season,even in the cold seasons, but medically and reasonably assessed its dangerous to human system.. because the body needs heat at all times and taking cold water won't help that...actually i think it medically shortens life span not religiously thou..Cold is to death.. as heat is to life...Think about it
