If you have ten days to submit a form, are you not within your right to wait till the 9th of even 10th day to submit the form? Why should I go and display a banner in a public place asking why it is taking you so long to submit your form when you are , as fully entitled, operating within your allocated time period? Let us chill with all these sort of thread that add no intellectual value to Nigerian public discussion and will actually make us appear a people devoted to frivolities. APC does not work to your time or exist for the sole purpose of doing what you want to see. The Party,within legal limit, can take its time and consult wisely so that costly mistakes are not made.
