Hello friends. I dont know if this is the right place to post this.

We all know that corruption is one of the major challenges our dear country is facing. Can we come together here - webmasters, programmers and IT people, to develop a program or system that will use IT to fight corruption.

A Scenario: Transparent City

A govt of a small but corrupt eastern european country came up with the idea called transparent city. The program allows citizens and residents in a particular city to follow up projects that is being executed by contractors in their area and send reports to the government(through IT means) in case of failure of such projects.

And it worked.

In our own case, we know that government is not ready to think about such services for now. But we as a people can develop a program to fight corruptions.

Cases: Social Media

We know that a lot of policemen and some other public officials has being sacked when corruption evidences of them collecting bribe surfaces on the internet and trends on social media.

What we have
the country is building up its Digital identity management and public key infrastructure
eID cards
Internet connection for mobile
Android platform.
Social Media

time to come together and think is here. Lets stop complaining and find solutions.......

can we create an app that makes it easy for users to capture evidences of corruption(voice, video, image) and users can easily broadcast such to popular online platform
