I really want to know if building or owning a house means one is successful because this days when people are describing a rich man, they first start with "dat man don build 2 houses for ikoyi, 3 for lekki". Does it really mean one is successful?

From this part of the world a man is not successful, coz even if u av all the money in this world ur landlord can decide not to renew ur tenacy contract and what do av to say than to keep begging, Allow me to digress ladies contribute immensely to there husband not having a hse of his own. Yes... Success means a lot to different people, do you think its easy to own a land talkless of building a house asin a HOUSE? Esp in this country. You need to check pple leaving under the bridge, uncompleted buildings, shops, roadside even,then you'd know that to own a house aint busy as abc. Let those who have built even 1 feel themselves.
