Lagos State deputy governor, Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire, lost her father, Prince Jimoh Kareem-Laka Orelope, yesterday.

Prince Jimoh Kareem-Laka Orelope, was aged 101 and would be buried today, in accordance with Islamic rites.

He was born to Akeja Oniyanru and Olugbede Royal families of Lagos State on February 25, 1913.

The deceased is survived by wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Among his children is the deputy Governor of Lagos State, Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire
