Hi Op, I was in a si[/color]milar situation two weeks ago when I needed to buy a 32 inch LED TV between LG LED AND SAMSUNG LED.

After a painstaking research online, and asking colleagues in the office about my predicament in making a decision, I eventually went for NEW 2014 32 inch LG LED TV (32LB55).Price is 50000 naira at any LG electronics office.

Mind you am not a LG staff or agent, am just helping you to reach a decision.

Reason for choosing LG LED TV 2014 over SAMSUNG LED TV. It's simple. LG LED TV has IPS SCREEN PANEL, while SAMSUNG is PVA PANEL. IPS panel is known around the world to have better screen display and quality resolution. It's rugged and durable.

PVA panel is not reliable after a year in use. I would advice you go for LG led tv 2014 series. You will not regret it.

@bakersfield thanks for the enlightment. There seem to be two series of the LG 32" LED TV. One is 530 series and the other is 550 series. on Jumia, It is 43,995.00....so how come 50k in LG stores....just curious

I got mine directly from LG OFFICE IN IN IGBO EFON IN LEKKI over three weeks ago. I believe the price reduction is due to Xmas promote LG LED TV is two types, LB 530A AND LB 550A series. Please don't be confused, the LB530 is cheaper than LB 550A.

Actually Jumia and Konga sells at cheaper price than the LG showroom, got one 32LB55 2014 NEW for 39k during the Jumia black friday sales and I must tell you, its value for money.

Good thing about the online stores too is get free delivery within Lagos, so no much stress, just place order relax, they deliver few days time and you pay on delivery.

LG TVs are rather problem,so I would advise you go for a Samsung. Cash and carry is doing promo for TVs

I opted for the Samsung. It is a stronger brand.
