Background
Honeywell Flour Mills Plc (HFM Plc) was
incorporated on June 21, 1983. Starting small,
Honeywell Flour Mills Plc has grown to be one
of the leading flour milling companies in
Nigeria. Its products include Honeywell
Superfine Flour, Superfine Brown Flour and
Semolina.
HFM Plc recently acquired its sister company
Honeywell Superfine Foods Ltd (HSFL)
producers of the O’ Noodles range and ready to
eat snacks. The enlarged company intends to
raise funds to the tune of N18.65billion via an
Offer for Subscription and Sale with the
subscription proceeds to be utilized for
expansion purposes while the sales proceeds
would be utilised by other companies within the
Honeywell Group Limited.
The newly merged company intends to focus
The Company also intends to focus on
the production of Pasta, macaroni and
other flour related products.
Quotation
An application has been made to The
Nigerian Stock Exchange for the
admission to its Daily Official List all the
outstanding shares of HFM Plc post
offer.
