Yesterday, Saturday 27th December 2014, the much anticipated event, second edition of Ankara Day, an event put together by Dean Production in conjunction with popular Yoruba actress, Liz Da Silva aka Tasere was held at the Time Square Events Centre, Ikeja, Lagos. Unlike the maiden edition, fashion designers across the country gathered to showed how creative they could be with the ‘ankara’ fabric.

Star actress, Ronke Oshodi Oke mounted the stage to thrill guests with one of the tracks of her debut album which she launched not long ago. Her performance really thrilled and it lasted for 20 minutes. Movie stars stormed the event with different Ankara styles which vigorously reshaped them especially the babes, while guys sewn theirs in a very hilarious ways. Toyin Aimakhu Johnson was the Mc, Pasuma, T-mee Entertainment, DJ Kamol and many others were on bandstand.
