What prompt me to write this article was not only to.absolve myself of false accusations made but to take to the advise from nairaland farmers and my followers to show the world what i showed them some hours ago.

I have taken my time to put all of the story of how the transactions started and pictures together for all nairalanders to see.

I want to thank nairaland farmers,clients and my follower for your solidarity calls,whatsapp messages and for those people that offers free legal service,i will surely vent my anger by pressing charges for defamation and damages.

I will like to introduce myself for those new on this agric section;

I have been in agricbusiness sector for over half a decade and since then i have been able to engage and help.numerous people successful through exposing them to recent happening, information,managerial services e.t.c

I have set-up over 100 farms this year and currently managing some of the farms.I have also manage both long-term crops such as cassava,plantain, short term crops (corn,watermelon, tomato) and it has been very profitable and successful.
I know if i am not been able to get results or i have done some dubious deals;

Two things would have happen.

Firstly, i would not have the credibility or the confidence to come here to keep posting on this forum

Secondly. I trust nairalanders,so many people would have come up to tell the whole world that i have dupe them and also when jethro raise that false accusations,many people would have use that opportunity to expose me but i am still yet to see stuff like that

I can challenge anyone on this forum to come forward if i have been dubious in my dealings with them.
Infact,i have been one of the very few practical farmers on this agric section that have shown people the mistakes to avoid in agribusiness,how i made mine and how to avoid making them.
I have been so authentic,simple,gives credible information.and straight to the point.

I.have never sweet talk to get people involve in.agribusiness,i say it real and show you with practical knowledge how to start your business on a profitable.note.

My personalty and nature is making what is private private and what i feel.is for public consumption to be made public but since this false accusation comes up,i feel the need to bring to you step by step how i sold my cassava this year.

From advise from my legal adviser, i will not be able to show indepth details of the transactions of the third party processing company for protection and not to complicate issues legally.

I will also not want to put out some strictly personal information on this thread but i will be transparent enough that even a blind man would see;feel and know the truth.

The name of the processing company is Telmy Agro-Products Limited.
My relationship with the owner of the company started over 2 years ago who i have the opportunity of meeting at an agric symposium and since then our business relationship have blossom into a great friendship.
He started his.cassava flour of.medium scale capacity with the help of myself and some agric consultants.
Although i have business relationship with some agro-processing companies such as Intercontinental distilleries and Greentech but i felt the need to supply him cassava to improve and and help him meet the production capacity of his factory.

Also the fact that sometimes these processing companies are inconsistent with their buying price.
I quickly put down an.agreement to supply him a ton at #15,000.and our business started.

Processing companies demand cassava according to the demand for their cassava flour by biscuit companies,confectioneries etc) except bigger companies like intercontinental distilleries that has multi-functional usage for cassava(use it for making starch,flour and ethanol).

I supplied the processing company cassava tubers for 3months.

I supply 8tons on the 25th of june with consent to remit money into my account within 3days and also supply them more tubers as soon as i get cash alert.
Payment was made on the 27th June and 2nd of july.
I supplied about 42tons on the 2nd of july but was surprised when payment was not made on that day.

I was told to check back the next day to receive the cash,On getting there the next day,i was told there was machine breakdown,but fortunately after much persuading,i was able to part with 16k on the 3rd of July.

This persist for over 3 weeks before they were able to find a solution to the machine breakdown.
For those willing to go into processing, make sure you employ worker of nothing less than 3 years working experience and machineries are to be test run for at least 1month before proper operations begin.

My account statement of the transactions;

I understand the situation on ground so i was patient with them and also my business relationship with the owner was very good.

I was paid the remaininng balance on the 6th of Aug.

I supplied the company 38.3tons and 7.2tons on the 26th of Aug. and 2nd of sept. respectively with payments made on the 1st of Sept.,3rd sept.and 12th sept. respectively.



I am taking my time to explain in details because i will not be allow to say anything further on this issue as i will be instituting a legal proceeding against the source of the false accusations and for the defamatory statements and as i have said I will make sure i follow this to a logical conclusion.

I believe if you are making real acusations,you should have the proof; and be ready to provide the names of people i have scam,the amount,how i scam them in the law court but if not then you and your co-conspirators are in trouble.

NAIRALANDERS! BEWARE OF JETHRO. SHE CANNOT BE TRUSTED.ANY TRANSACTION YOU DO WITH HER IS AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

SHE HAVE BEING MAKING FALSE ACCUSATIONS, FIGHTING AND TRYING TO DESTROY THE REPUTATION OF OTHER NAIRALANDERS FOR HER BUSINESS ADVANTAGE.

A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE IS HER FIGHT AGAINST STAGGER AND CO. ON MY CASSAVA THREADS. AND OTHER THREADS ON THE FORUM.

It is unfortunate that this is happening to you at this time and as a farmer i know how much you have expended on that cassava farm.

Two of the people i hold in high esteem on this agro forum are
1. Hotmass-a.k.a d greatest landlord on NL
2. Stagger,
their integrity n credibility have bn tested,proven n trusted. Whateva info they give on this forum is reliable.

I remember vividly that hotmass did happily comment, vouch n testify that he was d one who provided d 5 hectres of land for lesgupnigeria's cassava success story, which he said he made net profit of about N1m.
Now dat d proof/statement of d acct is out, we all know who the real scammer is.
Just forget n forgive if she can humble herself n tender apology ds time.

Non of the parties are scammers, they both good. Maybe it's misconception . u guys should be able to fix wathever may be the problem. Both of you have been sources of inspiration to most of us before the advent of jasper7,world1 etc so you should just keep the flag flying.

SOME MINUTES LATER, I GOT A SHOCKER CALL FROM MY LAWYER THAT SHE WAS INSULTING HIM AND THAT SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO HIM.
SHE EVEN SAID HOW WOULD SHE KNOW HE IS NOT A FAKE LAWYER.

I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE WRITING THIS PRIVATE TALKS BUT IF I DONT DO THIS I WILL BE OFFENDING SO MANY PEOPLE BY THE TIME THIS CASE GET TO THE COURT WHICH MANY NAIRALANDERS WILL NOT BE AWARE OF THE REASON FOR TAKING THE ISSUE FURTHER.

IN VIEW OF THIS, I AM GIVING JETHRO 7 DAYS TO TENDER UNRESERVED APOLOGY ON EVERY SECTIONS ON NAIRALAND FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCE TO RESUME LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST HER.

well said....the person in the name of jethro2 has always been giving ridiculous and hike prices for agric commodity prolly because she is not a practical farmer and just a laptop farmer that I think is affecting her ability to get more clients out here and hence the need for her to be attacking the ones that are really making it. @op I think you should just ignore her.....my thoughts and observations tho!

Believe me i will tender an apology not only on agriculture thread but on all thread on nairaland and even plead with friends and family on nairaland to plead on my behalf if lesgupnigeria could prove with evidence that cassava planting and selling is highly profitable which is the reason he quoted me
proving to me of how he made N1,000,000 from 5 hectares as he has rightly claimed will only be backing up his words.
But I don't think the N16,000 for 42tonnes supplied evidence is anywhere near.
I may be wrong though. This is Nigeria where 22 is greater than 8.

I have been a silent follower of this agric section since it was created and I have not commented on any topic. I'm also a farmer and I appreciate the work both of you are doing on this section.

One thing that will always happen in life is that we will always disagree. However, disagreement should not be this messy. Both of you are adults and should please respect your age and stop this. If there are disagreements, which are bound to be, we can resolve it without wallowing in dirts.

For those taking sides, well done. What goes around comes around.

Legsup and Jethro, please stop this. Let's be mature and civil in our correspondence. Going to court or threatening each other won't solve any issue. Nobody goes to court and remain friends afterwards.

Never had I farmed before,I want to grow two of these three product for a start on ona and half plot of land namely ugwu,ewedu and shoko. First,where is your farm located? this is because some vegetables are easily sold with good price in some areas of the south west.
Do you have water source on the farm?

Another thing is that vegetables are more profitable in the dry season than in the rainy season.
You can.have more than 100%ROI in dry season cultivating vegetables; about 40%ROI in rainy season.
