Why do people make new year resolutions and how effective are they? Personally I think that new year resolutions don't work because of lack of commitment from those who make then. Becoming a better person takes discipline, determination and diligence, this should be part of our life all year round. It's not just something we resolve to do on new year day,we should also resolve to be committed to our resolutions. Narialanders what do you think about new year resolutions? |
