This is a story about a family frd of mine.his dad married 2 wives, due 2 delay 4 d 1st wife to get pregnant, d impetient man married a 2nd wife,and d 2nd wife gave birth to a male child,God so willing d 1st wife put 2 birth too,her child(male) happens 2 b d 2nd child.so bck in d yrs dis 1st wife bought a land measuring 200ft by 500ft n is located in a busy area,along d express.the husband build 3 bedroom flat on d said land.everybody in d family knows d 1st wife owns d land,including d husband's family.so of recent d man is telling d family dat d land belongs to him, that his 1st son shld be d rightful owner of d land.the man went as far 2 d village n tell d elders.the most painful tin is dat d elders n family dat knew d 1st wife owns d land re dead.so d 1st wife is so confuse n dn't kn wat 2 do.pls fellow nairalanders wat's ur advise

This is how some men intentionally divide their family! The man has no right transferring the property to the said son & disinheriting the 1st wife's son. l believe the land ownership is documented in the first wife's name, so her rights are secured.
