TAN has dashed Nairaland to Buhari fans, and have gone off to campaign in rural communities where the real Nigerian voting mass resides. wink

There is always the first time and this 2015 is one. Nigerians are united. Buhari has 14 State Government unlike 2 or so in 2011. More Senator, Reps, former PDP leaders, more Nigerians, better funding, larger political structures across Nigeria, etc.

Even OBJ that burnt huge political capitals, made sacrifices, begged and muscled his way to get everyone in PDP to back Jonathan in 2011 is now indifferent to Jonathan's re-election and receptive to Buhari's Victory. OBJ like many other former PDP leaders have been discredited, insulted, debased and called unprintable names for trying to admonish a recalcitrant President Jonathan.

This 2015, Change is here for better leadership. We all unite.
I totally agree with you but you must remember that INEC is still under FG's pay roll. He who blows the piper dictates the tune. It will not be easy for Buhari.

who cares about free and fair election in presidential poll? GEJ will win by any means possible. Free and fair election only matters in Governorship, senatorial and HOR election.

This sums up the ideology that characterize most Jonathan's supporters.

That is why I keep wondering why law-abiding, patriotic Nigerians who just want an efficient and effective leadership will join Jonathan in defending this unpatriotic insults on the sensibilities of Nigerians. If Jonathan is re-elected, he will not owe any allegiance to the Nigerians masses, he will believe that his cabals and their rigging mercenaries did it for him - they will always come first in his decisions and policies.

it doesnt really matter.what matters is that Buhari did not get to aso rock through the decision of gullible people who are led by ethnic chauvnism, religious bigotry and hate.
By the way,GEJ has always hinged his decisions and policy on welfare of average Nigerians unlike other regimes that led nigeria from 1960-2010.
Re: What Is Happening To TAN? by Nobody: 10:25am On Jan 01, 2015
I feel for Jonathan. Where will he get the votes to win. He allowed Asari and EK Clark and former militant leaders to create a zeal of ethnic consciousness which balkanized the country along ethnic divide. Now his team cannot safely campaign in most parts of the north with considerable voter population.

There is nothing wrong with Buhari when it comes to Religion. Buhari is a Muslim and his VP is a Christian. Please don't give in to the cheep lies peddled by criminals who are doing all they can to hold on to the channels they are using to loot Nigeria.

Buhari has never clapped-down on Christianity and will never. This is democracy and Our diversity in Nigeria is what makes us great.

I really hope you make your decision with open mind. God bless Nigeria.

Let me do (on your question about Atiku):
1. Only Nigerians can change Nigeria.
2. Today you support Jonathan, tomorrow if you start supporting Buhari - nobody will stop you.
3. Finally, as Buhari stated in a recent interview, anyone supporting him is doing so because they want a better Nigeria not to cover any crime they may have committed.

See below for Buhari's exact comment.

wt: Corruption is a hot-button topic in Nigeria and some of your backers may have related issues. Wouldn’t your hands be tied when trying to deal with corruption?

buhari: I try as much as possible not to make myself a hostage. So whoever helped me, as you suggest, to become the party’s flag-bearer, I want to assume he or she did it because they want to give the party the opportunity to win next year’s election, not because they want to hide whatever they may have committed against their country.

See logic! No, I don't have to go your way. Agreed, TAN is not a political party but it's an arm of Jonathan-led PDP Media machine so in a way has a link to PDP! Of course, you have always see TAN the way you see PDP, hence my comparison to APC grin anyway, Happy new year too.....have a blast!

GEJ got a Pan-Nigeria mandate in 2011.....but because of individuals like you, Asari Dokubo and Edwin Clarke supported by dubious organization like TAN.....you've reduced that mandate to a tribal mandate of a king.....not of a President.

Your own logic is very warped.

TAN is not PDP.....TAN is GEJ.......if TAN is PDP, there would have been state chapters....supporting the governorship aspirants of PDP

TAN is basically a SPV for the sole purpose of reelection for GEJ.....stop the deceit we are talking about.
