If the people being transferred to other schools are still allowed to write the pume of their first choice university, don't you think they are on advantage?

Schools will treat candidates with their name with preference!

JAMB said so. The people being posted have less chances of being admitted into their first choice. But since it has been rescinded, back to normal I guess.
