It's actually 49/12 I was seeing double. Na mistake abeg.

Use trial and error Na. You know that a perfect square is always in the form a^2 + bx + b^2

Hence replace R with a suitable answer from the options and multiply through with the denominator. You will definitely see something like that.

Of course, that is the easiest way. Also because there are options. If there are no options, ----->> completing the square straight.
