The advantages of buying land in this area are listed below:

Lands are cheap here compared to the F.C.T
The Place is Developing Fast
No case of Demolition as compared to the F.C.T
About 20mins from Nyanya Exit
No Area Boys Wahala.
It is also a good buy because of the Proposed AVE-MARIA UNIVERSITY, you can buy plots and build HOSTELS

I am yet to spot a disadvantage as at now.

I cannot give a cost now because i am still bargaining with the villagers here and i want to fence the entirely plots with gate,each plot owner will have a survey plan in his/her name sent to him/her(in Nigeria or to his/her family member for those in diaspora)
As per the sizes of the plots my surveyor is working on that and you will be updated on that.

Hello,

Karshi is developing, and the potentials is there. My advise is this, don't assume it's immune from demolition. Check with the relevant authorities in Nassarawa,before you build, also don't build close to the road, leave the appropriate set backs. Be careful of the villagers too. The chiefs really don't own all the land there, they will play ignorant now, but they know, so that you don't pay twice.
