APPLICATION GUIDELINES

The following are the steps to take when using this system:

Obtain APPLICATION PIN from any of the branches of UBA or FIRST BANK nation wide.

Make sure you have a personal email address and phone number before you begin the application as they are required while filling the form.

Make sure you have your scanned passport photograph ready for upload. The size of the passport must not be more than 100KB of JPEG format.

Click on "APPLICATION FORM" located at the top left corner of this page. The pin Confirmation page will open.

Enter the pin number and form number provided to you at the bank and click on APPLY( You will not be able to apply untill you enter the details correctly).

The APPLICATION FORM will open, fill all the fields provided and click on SAVE ENTRY.

Your application form will be dislayed, print and keep your copy. FUBK15.serial number and your phone number will henthfoth be your USERNAME and PASSWORD for access to the system.

If you want to re-print or edit your form, log into the system using your USERNAME and PASSWORD; click on APPLICATION FORM to re-print your form OR click on EDIT RECORD to edit youR application form.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS ONE YEAR BASIC SCIENCE PROGRAMME
Minimum of five credit passes at SSCE, NECO, WAEC or NABTEB, three of which must be in Chemistry, Biology, Physics or Mathematics.

After successful completion of the program, the available courses at Undergraduate level are:-

Applied Geophysics

Pure Chemistry

Industrial Chemistry

Biochemistry

Biology

Physics with Electronics

Computer Science

Geology

Microbiology

Mathematics

Statistics

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS ONE YEAR REMEDIAL PROGRAMME IN ARTS AND HUMANITIES
Interested candidates must have five o'level credits in any of the following subjects in not more than two sittings:

English Language; Mathematics; History; Government; Economics; Arabic; Islamic Studies; Hausa; French; Financial Accounting; Commerce; and Geography. The available programmes after successful completion of the Remedial Programme are:
