Since oil prices are falling and nigeria has little to no reserves, the following are the likely proceedings of 2015;

1. Mass retrenchment of FG and State workers. Govt would be unable to pay the staff in each of its parastatals

2. Mass retrenchment would happen in Private companies- Since Govt is the biggest consumer of most companies either directly or indirectly and their spending rate would decrease, coys would have to sack people to remain profitable

3. Other industries would start getting attention from govt seeing that the cash cow is gone. Agriculture is the next big thing we'll most likely rely on. Akin Adesina get ready

4. Inflation- Nigeria imports virtually everything. Our naira has been devalued and so we can only buy fewer goods. Prices would increase to be able to match foreign expenses

5. Our govt would not cut the prices of the legislature. They'd still keep earning well. Why? We're selfish and greedy as a people.

6. Wealth would be transferred. Oil bloc owners would lose while farmers would gain.

What are your thoughts? Correct me if you think me wrong
