I heard the corporate affairs commission (CAC) now allow people in and outside Nigeria to register a company online at their website www.cac.gov.ng. I tried doing it last week but the site wouldn't let me. I've also seen third party websites advertising company formation within two weeks without physical appearance of registrants, but I don't know how reliable they're. So, I want to know 2 things.

1. Has any one successfully registered a company online at CAC website?.

2. Or, has any one successfully used a third party (agent's website) to register a company?.

Please share your experiences.
