HOUSING:
1. Mortgage - The Nigerian Mortgage
Refinancing Corporation was set up to enable 200,000 affordable
mortgages within 5 years at affordable interest rate. Over 324 such
housing units were recently commissioned in Enugu this July.

POWER: Privatised PHCN and Power Generating
