Hello! people in the house. Pls! I need to know the following in a course called hospitality management:
1. Am a social science student, so av never had a pure science foundation........do I fit to go for the course in either Auchi/ Ede poly?
2. Are chemistry, Biology and physics strictly compulsory for the course?
3.Are the students offerring the course are also taught cookery, bakery.......and pasteries practicals?
4. Can someone become a proffessional cook, caterer/ chef from the course? Without going to a catering school itself.
5. What type of course can I do in the university with an ond in hospitality management?
