An ICT firm seeks Level One/ Entry level IT Support Engineer with 1-3years experience to fill these roles within the listed locations - Markurdi; Jos and Sokoto:

Responsibilities:
Clean, modify and repair computer hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers
Provide on-site installation and configuration support for new customers
Implement customer specific product configurations

Qualification and Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience with workstation/ Desktop support
Knowledge of windows XP professional and Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 suites
Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS,DHCP
Knowledge of File & Print Server
Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
Basic Networking Knowledge (Crimping, N/W Configuration)
Knowledge of troubleshooting Laptops Wi-Fi connectivity
Desktop/laptop deployment experience
Problem solving skills
Result oriented
