Our client is urgently in need of an experienced Technical Support Engineer.

Office Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Job Description
. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
. Serve as first level support to customers
. Respond promptly to customer inquires
. Resolve and document customer complaints
. Assign support tickets to designated resource
. Record details of inquires, comments and complaints
. Record details of action taken
. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
. Recommend improvements in products and services to minimise complaints and increase utilization.

Work Experience
. 2+ years experience in customer service principle and practices
. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
. System administration Basics
. MS Office (i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
. Web and window technologies
. SQL experience (ideally using SQL Server 2008 or 2012)

Educational Qualification
. B.sc in Computer/Engineering, Information Technology or related degree
. ITIL certification an additional advantage
