THE National Open University of Nigeria, NOUN to graduate about 7,000 students at its 4th convocation ceremony which has been scheduled to hold on the `16th & 17th January, 2015. The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) will on the 16th and 17th of January, 2015 graduate a total of 7,000 students at its 4th convocation scheduled to take place in Lagos State. The 7,000 NOUN students would be awarded degrees, diplomas and certificates in Lagos State. A statement signed by the institution’s Head, Media and Information, Dr Ronke Ogunmakin, said the event would be preceded by a lecture on ‘Open and Distance Learning and Democratic Transformation in Nigeria‘.
