Blackberry company (RIM) receives an offer recently from Samsung electronic about possible company acquisition for as much as $7.5 billion, seeking its valuable patents as it battles Apple in the corporate market.

Samsung was said to have previously offered a price range of about 13.35 to 15.49 dollars per share. representing a premium of 38 percent to 60 percent over BlackBerry's current trading price.

Though an agreement has not be properly met by the two companies, Blackberry still thinks that the $7.5 billion offer by samsung is way out of line because it has taken a really great turn interms of it's growth in the competition of smartphone market between other company.

Personally i think Blackberry should back off from this offer made by samsung because there has been positive change in sales of it's devices in the hands of Chief Executive John Chen.
