Of course there is plan for Buhari to travel to some western countries at the end of this month in order to meet with foreign leaders and investors who have been skeptical about investing in Nigeria due to insecurity. McCain didn't lose because of age. Obama won because of Obama. He was likeable, his campaign was fantastic from his slogans to his international acceptability, people were already pissed with the republican party because of Bush, his race (color) was a factor, people loved his story, loved his family. Then McCain didn't help himself with his choice of Palin as his Vp, it woke up the conservative base but it even made democrats and independents more determined to make sure they vote against him. All in all McCain ran a horrible campaign his campaign trail was filled with people just spewing hateful rhetoric towards Obama calling him Muslim and so on. He even had to stop people from talking that way from time to time. Then to put the nail on the coffin he suspended his campaign when the wall street meltdown started, that really just finished him.
